As retained search consultants, Ridenour & Associates provides highly focused client-centered services to assure the successful and timely completion of each engagement. Our professional fee equals 30 percent of the first year's total compensation, and all direct expenses are reimbursed at cost. Due to the intense and specialized nature of our work, once a search is initiated, our fee and reimbursements are not contingent upon placing a candidate. However, we will not cease our efforts until a satisfactory conclusion is reached. Multiple searches in the same year also are entitled to special fee consideration.
